    This policy explains how Pardeh uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, what they do, and how you can control them.

    It sits alongside our privacy policy, which explains more broadly how we handle personal information. Pardeh is operated by Potio Limited, the data controller responsible for the information covered by both policies.

  2. What cookies and similar technologies are

    A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. It lets the site recognise your device on return visits and remember things like your preferences.

    This policy also covers other technologies that store information on, or read information from, your device. These include tracking pixels, scripts, local and session storage, software development kits, device fingerprinting and link decoration. Where we refer to “cookies” below, we mean all of these.

    We describe cookies as either:

    • First party — set by our own website.
    • Third party — set by another organisation whose service we use on our site.

    And as either:

    • Session — deleted when you close your browser.
    • Persistent — kept until they expire or you delete them.

    Analytics

    These cookies help us understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, how they arrived, and where they run into problems — so we can improve it. They are only set if you accept.

    Opting out of Google Analytics. Google provides a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics collecting data across any site you visit.

    Withdrawing consent does not affect anything collected while your consent was in place.

    Where a cookie is set by another organisation, that organisation handles the information under its own privacy terms. The providers we currently use are:

    Information collected by these providers may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism as described in our privacy policy.

    We may update this policy when we add or remove technologies, or when the rules change. The current version will always appear here with the date it was last updated. If we start using cookies for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent again.
